What's in the new platform?

All startups will have gained SEIS/EIS approval beforehand and gone through Umazi corporate due diiligence.

The startups will go through a process with us including a human check on the pitch & data room (we'll have portfolio tracking, valuation & exit data by end Q4 too).

Once they've passed an internal benchmark score and their pitch/data room deemed good enough, you'll be alerted to opportunities.

You'll build a profile when you onboard that tells us what stage, sector, cheque size you want to get involved with and you'll get alerts when you're matched.

Don't want to be lonely in a round and share the burden/risk? Cool.  We allow for that on the platform so you can let others know you've invested so they can join in a round.

If you charge success fees...no worries! We'll split the commission with you (we charge 5% success fees). It's a win-win...just slightly less commission.
